The owner's love of reclaimed and industrial finishes is the inspiration for this modern home. All of the flooring is reclaimed wood originating from Alabama. The industrial components are seen throughout the home including ironwork detail on everything from the staircases to the chandeliers. Jeffrey's favorite feature is a client supplied beam from their Manhattan townhome. It has been repurposed as a modern sideboard in the dining room.
